Britannia is a family business with over 20 years trading. One of the founders of the business has over 30 years experience in the Construction and Damp Proofing industry.
Britannia has a policy to offer a competitively priced, professional service without sacrificing on safety and always complying with COSHH regulations.
Site surveys are always recommended; a detailed Survey Report, Quotation and Survey Plan are prepared for the Client. This usually eliminates the majority of problems that may arise.
All electrical equipment carried on Britannia's vehicles and used on site during work, are safety tested as required by Health and Safety Regulations.
Britannia's trained technicians are provided with a full range of safety wear and protective equipment in order to carry out their duties safely and efficiently.
All Britannia's vehicles carry First Aid Kits, Health and Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals carried and warning signs for Timber Treatment works.
Britannia's standard insurance cover is with FORTIS Insurance, a member of the General Insurance Council, and is £2,000,000 Public/Products Liability and £10,000,000 Employer's Liability.
Britannia are fully licensed by the Local Authority to carry away waste produced by its damp proofing, timber treatment and building works.
